This information concerns purchases from commercial sellers (traders). TodayMarkt is a marketplace and not the seller; the statutory right of withdrawal applies to the contract between the consumer and the respective trader.
When you buy as a consumer from a commercial seller (trader), you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform the relevant seller (not the platform) by a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email) of your decision to withdraw.
To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires.
Purchases from private (non-commercial) sellers are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal. The seller type is indicated on each listing.
