TodayMarkt is a marketplace that connects private and commercial sellers with buyers. TodayMarkt provides the platform but is not itself a party to the contracts of sale concluded between users.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts to use the service.
You are responsible for the items you list, the accuracy of your listings, and the deals you make.
Do not post illegal, unsafe, counterfeit or prohibited items, and do not infringe others' rights.
Meet in safe, public places and inspect items before paying.
Commercial sellers (traders) must identify themselves as such and comply with their statutory obligations toward consumers, including any right of withdrawal and warranty duties. Listings from commercial sellers are marked accordingly.
You keep ownership of the content you upload but grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service.
TodayMarkt provides the platform "as is" and is not a party to any sale. Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence, and under mandatory consumer-protection law, remains unaffected.
German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
